Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be flexible?
Not at all. The therapist does the work and you simply relax.
How is it different from yoga?
It is passive and assisted, so you can reach stretches you cannot get to on your own.
Is it suitable for injuries?
Often, yes, but we assess first and adapt the session.
